以后大家不要申请.ee没办法了

今天收到

I hereby ask the applicant to send originally signed paper document
confirming that the applicant is aware of the registration of 域名
name and has empowered administrative contact person as marked in the
e-application (with the relevant personal email address referred) to
represent the organisation on domain registration.

Until the document has reached EENet, the e-application will not be
processed.

要书面申请，没有书面不受理了

Register:	Insert the national register in which the organisation has been registered. The field does not to be filled in if the register is the Estonian Central Commercial Register.
Registry code: *	Mandatory field! Insert the unique registry code given to the organisation by the commercial register (or another national register).
Address: *	Mandatory field! Insert the official address of the organisation as follows: street, building number, settlement (town/village), township, county, postal code
Telephone: *	Mandatory field! Telephone and fax numbers should be written as follows: +372 111 1111 or 111 1111.
传真：	Telephone and fax numbers should be written as follows: +372 111 1111 or 111 1111.
电子邮件：	Insert the e-mail address of the organisation.
Contact persons
Administrative contact person	The administrative contact person is the representative of the organisation. It is mandatory to provide details of at least one administrative contact. To add extra contact people, click on 'Add additional contact'.
First name: *	Mandatory field! Insert the first name(s) of the contact person.
Surname: *	Mandatory field! Insert the surname of the contact person.
Personal identification code: *	Mandatory field! Estonian citizens must provide their personal identification code. Foreigners write '0' in this field and provide the unique identification number (e.g. Social Security Number - SSN) issued to them by their country under 'Additional information'.
Telephone:	Telephone and fax numbers should be written as follows: +372 111 1111 or 111 1111.

Technical contact person	There can be any number of technical contacts, or none at all. The technical contact person is responsible for the computers that use 域名 and/or the subdomains related to 域名 name. The representative of the ISP of the organisation can also be the technical contact. To add a technical contact person, click on 'Add additional contact', fill in the personal detail fields and select 'technical' as the type of contact.
Name servers
There should be at least two name servers serving 域名. To add further name servers, click on 'Add additional name server' and insert the details of the name server. NB! Name servers must be set as authoritative before the application form is completed. In the event of problems, please contact your Internet service provider (ISP).
Name server: *	Mandatory field! Insert the full name of the name server (FQDN).
IP address: *	Mandatory field! Insert the IPv4 address of the name server.
Internet Service Provider (ISP): *	Mandatory field! Insert the name of the Internet service provider (ISP).
Check	By clicking on 'Check' you will see whether any mistakes were found in the data that was submitted. Only applications that have been completed correctly can be submitted.
Submit	Click on 'Submit' if no mistakes are uncovered during the application check and you wish to submit 域名 application.
