宽带提速后上xera变慢了，大伙有这情况吗？

昨天电信搞宽带提速，网上提交订单马上就提速，真有效率。今天上xera 的网站慢到掉渣
平时100ms，现在200ms的多，晕死
到底是xera还是电信出问题啊 ？

老的服务器速度很快，最快80ms ，s3xx的都是300ms，慢如龟
昨天今天起访问全日本都很慢
