申请ZA.NET失败。。谁帮申请一个。。。

Your request has been rejected due to the following reasons:

Registration restricted to persons/organisations with a presence in South Africa.
If you do not have a presence in South Africa you cannot register a za.net or za.org domain name.
Please see point 10 of http://www.za.net/policy.html
